By using PDFTransAI, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. Service

PDFTransAI provides an automated PDF translation service. The service may attempt to preserve document layout, fonts, colours, positioning and styling, but exact preservation cannot be guaranteed for every PDF.

2. Eligibility and authority

4. Automated translation

PDFTransAI uses automated machine translation. Translations can contain omissions, inaccuracies, incorrect terminology, formatting differences or other errors. You are responsible for reviewing the translated document before relying on it.

PDFTransAI is not a substitute for certified translation, legal advice, medical advice, financial advice or other professional review where accuracy is critical.

5. Your documents and intellectual property

You retain your rights in documents you upload. You grant PDFTransAI only the limited permission reasonably necessary to receive, process, translate and return your document through the service.

PDFTransAI's software, website, branding and underlying technology remain the property of their respective owners.

6. File processing and deletion

Uploaded source PDFs are processed to provide the requested translation. Under the current application workflow, the source file is deleted after the translation job finishes. The generated translated PDF is retained until it is downloaded and is then deleted by the application.

Application-level deletion does not promise immediate deletion of copies that may exist in infrastructure-level backups, disaster-recovery systems, security logs or other systems outside the application's normal file storage.

7. User responsibility for results

You are responsible for checking the translated document, including names, numbers, dates, formatting, tables and other important information, before using or distributing it.

8. Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or discontinue features of PDFTransAI at any time. We do not guarantee that the service will always be available, error-free or compatible with every PDF.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary to protect the service, other users, our infrastructure, or to address suspected abuse or unlawful use.

10. Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFTransAI is provided on an "as available" basis without guarantees that every translation, document layout, font, extraction or output will be accurate or complete.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, PDFTransAI and its operators are not responsible for losses arising from translation errors, document corruption, service interruption, loss of data, or reliance on an automated translation.

12. Future features

PDFTransAI may introduce additional features, including advertising, analytics, accounts, payments or other services. Where a new feature changes these Terms or the way personal information is processed, the applicable terms and policies will be updated before or when that feature is introduced.
